Aaron Vaughn Lebanon High School (Lebanon, Indiana) girls basketball coach. Leader of basketball program for girls basketball in Lebanon and Whitestown.

  • Coach Vaughn enters the ‘26-’27 campaign in his third season leading the Lebanon Lady Tigers basketball program. Prior to being named Head Coach, Vaughn spent the previous 11 seasons coaching high school boys basketball as a Varsity Assistant and JV Head Coach, 9 of which were with the Lebanon Tigers. Vaughn played a key role in helping the Tigers to the multiple conference championships, 2018 Sectional Title, and the first Regional Finals appearance in 16 years.

    Coach Vaughn is a graduate of Ball State University where he was a member of the Ball State Men’s basketball program for 4 years. Aaron served as a Student Assistant, Walk On Player, and Video Coordinator. Vaughn has coached youth camps at Xavier University, Winthrop University, Ball State University, and volunteered with the St. Vincent Sports Performance NBA Draft Readiness Program in 2012.

    Aaron and his wife, Jordan, reside in Lebanon. The Vaughn’s have three children attending LCSC schools: Rilee (13), Ainsley (9), and Archie (9). Coach Vaughn is in his 12th year as a Business Education Teacher at Lebanon Middle School.

Jami Sloan Lebanon High School (Lebanon, Indiana) girls basketball assistant coach. Butler women's basketball former player. Develops talent and skills for girls basketball in Lebanon, Indiana and Whitestown, Indiana.

  • Coach Sloan enters her third season as a Varsity Assistant for the Lady Tigers. She is a 1990 graduate of Lebanon High School where she earned 12 varsity letters and became the first female to be selected as an Indiana All-Star.

    She continued her basketball career at Butler University graduating with a BS in Pharmacy in 1995.

    Sloan spent time coaching basketball collegiately at Butler (1994-98) and UIndy (2000-04), as well as serving as varsity assistant at Zionsville HS in 1998-99. She has spent the last several years coaching youth and middle school basketball in the Lebanon community. Jami was inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame as a member of the Silver Anniversary Team in 2015 and into the Boone County Basketball Hall of Fame in 2022. As a coach, she was inducted into the UIndy Hall of Fame in 2016 as a member of Teri Moren's staff that led the 2002-03 Women’s basketball team to the Division II Elite Eight. This was followed by induction into the Butler University Hall of Fame in 2022 for helping lead the 1995-96 Women’s basketball team to its first NCAA tournament appearance.

    Jami has worked as a pharmacist at Wal-Mart for over 30 years. She and her partner, Stacey, have twin boys, Eli & Brynner (LHS Alums 2026), who both attend Ball State University.

  • Coach Hicks enters her third season with the Lady Tigers. Born and raised in Lebanon, Hicks played on 3 semi-state basketball teams for the Lady Tigers graduating in 2001.

    Coach Hicks played collegiately at Ancilla College for 2 seasons.

    Over the past 20+ years, Coach Hicks has coached basketball in several different capacities including: Lebanon High School, Lebanon Middle School, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, and Indy Hoops.

    Brittany is married to her husband, Bryant, and they have three boys: Curtis (LHS Alum 2026), Lucas (10th grade), and Travis (7th grade).

  • Coach Wilhoite enters her second season as a Varsity Assistant for the Lady Tigers.  She is a 2001 graduate of Lebanon High School where she earned 11 varsity letters as a three sport athlete for the Tigers.  Coach Wilhoite excelled on the hardwood as a key member of 3 Sectional and Regional championship teams.

    Outside of coaching, Wilhoite is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and owns/operates her own Functional Medicine practice in Lebanon, Restorative Women’s Health.  Coach has helped countless individuals tackle their mental and physical goals for over a decade. 

    Nicci and her husband (Kevin) reside in Boone County with their twin daughters, Haley and Harper.

  • Coach Portish enters his third season with the Lady Tigers.

    Spencer graduated from Lebanon High School in 2014 and then attended Franklin College, graduating in 2018.

    Prior basketball coaching experience includes: 4 years as the JV Head Coach at Southwestern Consolidated Schools in Shelbyville and 3 years coaching at Lebanon Middle School.

    Coach Portish has been married to his wife, Madyson, for 6 years. Portish and his wife have a 1 year old boy named Fletcher.
